The sunny south east takes in the counties Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary,
Wicklow, Laois and Kildare. Its sunny climate has helped create superb seaside
resorts but the appeal of the area is not confined to the coastal districts or
seaside activities, there are dozens of quality golf courses, renowned mountain
walks, angling and Ireland’s most famous horse race courses.
Inland is beautiful unspoiled countryside and scenery. The Glen of Aherlow in
Tipperary, St Mullins and the Blackstairs Mountains in South Carlow, all provide
ideal touring country. Wicklow is famous for its mountains and long sandy
beaches, while the County of Kilkenny, with Kilkenny City as its medieval
capital, offers a unique selection of historic sites and buildings dating back to
the 7th century.
In short, there is something to keep everyone entertained and from an
accommodation point of view, just about everything that a traveller
could wish for.
We have a farmhouse with its own swimming pool and full size golf simulator,
several hotels with leisure centres, pubs that offer music every night of the
week and a range of town and country homes, just waiting to welcome you.
